What would be the cost for the photoshoot for my property?

The cost of photoshoot depends on the size & layout of the apartment and the number of photos required. Once you contact us and share these details with us, we’ll be able to provide you the cost.

What should I do when scheduling a photoshoot?

Before we start the real estate photoshoot, we analyse the apartment to check if things are in order and suitable for photoshoot. When scheduling a shoot, do make sure that the apartment is deep-cleaned a day before the shoot date. Also, having the bedsheet ironed after setting up is a good idea as otherwise wrinkles would be visible in the photos which makes them unappealing. Another important point is having all the glasses and mirrors squeaky cleaned, because sometimes even a minor smudge could be visible in the final photos.

How do I pay for the photoshoot?

We require a 50% advance payment to book the shoot. Once the shoot is complete and images are edited, we’ll send you watermarked images so that you can assure everything is as per your satisfaction. Once we complete the process, you can make the balance payment, following that we’ll send you the final photos without watermarks.

How many days prior do I have to book the shoot?

You can schedule the shoot atleast 2-3 days prior, earlier is always welcomed. If we are unable to match your dates, we’ll inform you the available dates for which we can proceed ahead as per your convenience.

Can I reschedule my shoot?

Absolutely, you can reschedule the date and time atleast 1 day before the shoot date.

What if I don't like the photos?

We have never encountered such issue from any of our clients till date. But if there’s any such case that you didn’t like the photos, we can re-edit or reshoot the project if necessary. If the issue isn’t being solved, we will refund your amount within 2-3 working days (depending on bank).

What size will you deliver the images in, and how you'll deliver?

For every project, the size of deliverables are different. For Airbnb listings, we’ll export the images as per Airbnb’s regulations. If it’s for your website or other purposes, we’ll deliver the images in maximum available resolution. Normally we deliver at 4K resolution.

Who holds the copyrights for the photos?

Once the photos are delivered, you hold the copyrights for the photographs. Although, we do upload project photos in our portfolio and share it on our social platforms to display our quality of work. If you do not wish us to publish your photos in our portfolio & social handles, you can request us prior to the shoot.
